Product exchange/return

In both cases, the exchange or return of the product(s) will be carried out by GLS courier service, the shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer.

Price list

Please prepare the product(s) in waterproof packaging for courier arrival, the sticker with the recipient, sender and other information will be carried by the courier.

In the case of a parcel exchange, the new parcel will be sent to the desired address and the courier will collect the old parcel (the product(s) to be exchanged) on delivery.

When returning the parcel, we place a courier order with GLS Courier and the courier will pick up the parcel at the address and return it to us. Once the products have been returned, we will refund the amount to the bank account provided within 1-2 working days. The difference will be refunded to the bank account indicated in the form below, minus the shipping costs (price!).

You MUST NOT specify a POINT OF DELIVERY as the pick-up address, but you must specify an address where the courier can collect the parcel from you personally (this can be your home, work, etc.).

In all cases, we can only exchange or return products that are undamaged, not washed and have the label on (i.e. in the same condition as received).
