Participation in the loyalty program allows you to receive a continuous discount as a returning customer.
Collect loyalty points for every order and get a discount on your purchases in our online shop!
We will automatically credit you with loyalty points for every order placed, which you can redeem on your next purchase.
If you would like to participate in our loyalty program, all you have to do is register a customer account in our webshop, because only registered customers can collect loyalty points! From now on, you can check your current points balance in your account and redeem your points at any time! You will find the value of your loyalty points in the Discounts tab under your profile after logging in (this tab only appears if your points balance is not 0).
It is important to note that points are only credited and can only be used if you are logged in to your account at the time of ordering!
For each of our products, the amount of loyalty points you will receive after purchasing the product is indicated under the Add to Cart button, this is the amount that will be added to your points accumulator account after purchasing the product.
You do not need to redeem your loyalty points in one go, you are free to choose how much of your points balance you wish to redeem. The only caveat you should take into account is that credited points expire after 1 year, so it is advisable to redeem them within a year.
The amount of discount you receive with loyalty points may also affect the cost of delivery. If the value of your order exceeds the limit above which delivery becomes free, but the total falls below the limit after redeeming your loyalty points, you will have to calculate the delivery costs! ALWAYS check the exact total amount to be paid when placing your order!
